This passion led me to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering and Electronic Control Systems, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of digital systems. In 1997, I began my professional career in IT Technical Support, where I quickly realized the importance of not just solving technical issues, but doing so with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. My journey has been one of continuous learning and adaptation, always staying ahead of the curve in a field that never stops evolving.

In 2016, my contributions to the digital space were recognized by Google, which selected me as the first major contributor from the Arab region and North Africa. This was followed by winning the YouTube NEXTUP award in 2017 and earning the highest certifications from Google in content production, digital asset management, and copyright in 2018. These achievements not only validated my efforts but also fueled my commitment to helping others succeed in the digital world.

Today, I am proud to work as an Information Security Consultant and Digital Marketing Expert, providing strategic advice and hands-on support to small and medium-sized enterprises. Through Matrix219, the training project I founded, I continue to share my knowledge and expertise, empowering the next generation of digital professionals.
